Kellie Miller Art is a collection of paintings, wall pieces, installations and object d’art.

The wall pieces are either solely ceramic (porcelain), with or without frames, or mix media, which is a combination of ceramic inlays with gesso (a traditional material like plaster) which is then painted with oil paint.

The paintings use oil paint applied to gesso on either board or canvas.

Kellie’s work doesn’t naturally conform to stereotypical categories. It is about responding to the materials rather than about the materials themselves. It is also a reflection of her upbringing and identity.

Throughout Kellie’s life she aims to challenge herself to explore different approaches to her work. She strives to produce work that is a rich synthesis of form, meaning and texture.

The versatile nature of her work lends well to large scale projects and commissions.
