This project was inspired by a commission whereby Kellie collaborated with a food company to design ceramic containers for their products.

For her exhibition, 100 Couture Cups in May 2007, each piece was made from porcelain and was completely original. No two pieces were alike; each individually handmade and hand decorated. During the exhibition the items on display were not for sale but were available to order.

Kellie was then selected for the 8th International Ceramic Exhibition in Mino Museum Japan 2008. She further developed the cups and named this piece 101 Couture Cups as a follow on from the 100 edition.

To date she has produced in the region of 150 unique cups. So far she has not produced more than 10 of each piece. In most cases only one cup exists and is more than likely to remain so due to large number of designs she has produced.
